Qi Razali Pursues Directorial Dream Before 50

Malaysian actor and singer Qi Razali is on the cusp of realizing a long-held ambition: directing a film. This directorial debut will be in the form of a short film, a project he describes as one of three unfulfilled dreams he aims to achieve before turning 50.

The film is a collaborative effort, brought to life with the support of friends who have been with him through various career stages. While details about the release date are still being finalized, Razali confirmed that the film will be available on digital platforms. "This dream I've held for a long time, I want to achieve it before I turn 50," he shared during his birthday celebration.

Alongside his directorial aspirations, Razali has also formed a new band comprising former members of the popular Malaysian group O.A.G. This new musical venture will champion a genre similar to O.A.G.'s signature sound. Razali indicated that he intends to release a new album with this reformed group, signaling a renewed focus on his music career.
