Raffi Ahmad stresses collaboration for Bandung Barat's development at Jajarans Festival

Special Presidential Envoy for Youth and Arts Development, Raffi Ahmad, visited Bandung Barat, highlighting collaboration as key to the region's progress. Speaking at the Jajarans Festival 2026, Ahmad stressed that collective effort is essential for development, stating, "There is no Superman, no great person who works alone."

There is no Superman, no great person who works alone. There is Mr. Deputy, Mr. Secretary, all the staff of the Bandung Barat Regency Government and also support from the central government.

Accompanied by his wife and PT Rans Entertainment CEO, Nagita Slavina, Ahmad participated in the festival celebrating Bandung Barat's 19th anniversary. He emphasized the importance of communication and maintaining trust for the benefit of the community, noting the central government's full support for regional development.

During the event, Ahmad and Slavina sponsored all food and beverage MSME tenants at the festival, offering free meals to attendees. This initiative aimed to support local businesses and provide entertainment during the anniversary celebrations.

The point is communication must remain cohesive. We also often communicate between the center and the regions. The most important thing is communication and maintaining trust well for the benefit of the community.

Bandung Barat Regent Jeje Ritchie Ismail stated that the Jajarans Festival, held from August 7-9, 2026, was a significant step in boosting the local economy and supporting MSMEs. Notably, the festival was entirely funded through private collaborations, without using the regional budget, showcasing a successful model of public-private partnership.

Jajarans is here as a space for entertainment and togetherness to celebrate the 19th Anniversary of KBB. I must say, Jajarans did not use the APBD at all, purely using support from various parties.
