Raja of Perlis Attends Special Screening of 'Mojoku Hilang' Film

The Raja of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail, recently attended a special screening of the film "Mojoku Hilang" at Golden Screen Cinemas in Kangar.

Accompanying His Majesty were the Raja Muda of Perlis, Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail, the Raja Puan Muda of Perlis, Tuanku Dr. Hajah Lailatul Shahreen Akashah Khalil, and their children, Syed Sirajuddin Areeb Putra Al-Haj Jamalullail and Hajah Sharifah Farah Adriana Jamalullail.

The event also hosted the film's main actors, including Mimi Lana and Indonesian star Adipati Dolken, along with the producer, director, and guests from various agencies and the creative industry. "Mojoku Hilang" is considered a significant cinematic achievement for Perlis, as 90 percent of its filming took place across the state's attractive locations.

Directed by Min Lim, the film benefited from the support and collaboration of the Tuanku Syed Putra Foundation of Perlis. This partnership ensured that the unique culture, local dialect, and visual identity of Perlis were authentically and effectively translated to the silver screen. Beyond its emotional narrative, the movie highlights the natural landscapes, cultural heritage, and community values of Perlis, potentially enhancing its appeal as a tourism destination and a prime location for the national film industry.
