RANS Entertainment Director Resigns for Personal Reasons

PT Rans Entertainment Indonesia Tbk (RANS) has confirmed the resignation of its Director, Grandy Prajayakti, citing personal reasons. Prajayakti submitted his resignation letter on July 22, 2026, just weeks after RANS debuted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.

Chintami Maranata Sihombing, Corporate Secretary of RANS, clarified in a public disclosure on Thursday, July 30, 2026, that the company is aware of no disputes related to Prajayakti's decision. "To the best of the company's knowledge, the resignation is Mr. Grandy Prajayakti's personal decision and there is no dispute of any kind, either with the company, the Board of Directors, the Board of Commissioners, or the company's shareholders," she stated.

Sihombing added that Prajayakti's resignation was not discussed during any stage of the company's initial public offering (IPO), from the prospectus drafting to the stock listing date. This indicates his departure was unexpected and not part of prior planning.

RANS currently has no immediate plans to appoint a successor. The existing board, comprising one President Director and two Directors, fulfills the minimum requirements for a publicly listed company under Indonesian law. Prajayakti's duties will be redistributed among the remaining directors.

Should RANS decide to increase its board size in the future, the decision will be made through a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). The company also confirmed that Prajayakti has stepped down from his role as Director at PT Rans Kosmetik Indonesia (Slavina), but this will not affect RANS's planned acquisition of Slavina.
