High-profile injury cases, including those of Kylian Mbappé and Eduardo Camavinga, reportedly played a role in the decision to overhaul the medical team. Mbappé experienced a knee injury, and reports at the time suggested potential misdiagnosis, although he later denied any error. Camavinga's situation also raised questions.
