Real Sociedad and Celta Play Out Goalless Draw at Anoeta

Real Sociedad and Celta Vigo finished 0-0 at Anoeta in a match defined by missed chances and strong goalkeeping.

Real Sociedad controlled the opening stages. Jon Martín forced Radu into a low save from a Barrenetxea set-piece routine, and Oyarzabal later struck a powerful shot that the Celta goalkeeper pushed away. Take Kubo sent the rebound over the crossbar with the goal open.

Radu also denied Yangel Herrera from outside the area before halftime. Celta threatened after the break through Antañón, whose shot from inside the area went wide.
