Rebellions Partners with CCK Solution to Develop AI Full-Stack Solutions

AI semiconductor company Rebellions is joining forces with CCK Solution, a specialist in AI business automation, to jointly develop and commercialize AI full-stack solutions. The collaboration aims to integrate Rebellions' hardware, specifically its Neural Processing Units (NPUs), with CCK Solution's software to create a comprehensive AI offering.

CCK Solution, founded in 2021 by certified public accountants and KAIST alumni, focuses on automating business processes such as accounting audits, subsidy settlements, and ERP systems. The company has secured significant investment, reaching a valuation of 50 billion won after a Series A funding round. It has rapidly developed four commercial AI agents and established contracts with over 10 listed companies and nine mid-sized accounting firms.

The partnership will leverage Rebellions' NPUs to run CCK Solution's AI services, offering a more cost-effective and energy-efficient alternative to expensive GPUs. This approach is particularly beneficial for companies requiring AI deployment within closed or secure networks, reducing both initial costs and total cost of ownership.

Rebellions, which is also supporting an open-source ecosystem, is strategically focusing on vertical AI companies that have proven success in specific industries. Vertical AI, unlike general-purpose AI like GPT, is tailored for sectors such as healthcare, finance, and law, offering deeper specialization and higher performance. This strategy aims to secure stable industrial success cases, validate high-value applications, and demonstrate maximized inference costs and power efficiency.
