Reclaiming national secretariat confirms PDP’s authentic leadership — Wike

The return of the Peoples Democratic Party's National Working Committee (NWC), led by Abdulrahman Mohammed, to its national secretariat in Abuja has been definitively affirmed as the authentic leadership, according to Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory. Wike emphatically stated that any other faction claiming legitimacy should convene their meetings at the same Wadata Plaza headquarters to validate their standing. This assertion, made during the PDP’s 108th National Executive Committee meeting, underscores a decisive victory for the Mohammed-led NWC in reclaiming the party’s central command and signaling a clear demarcation of authority within the PDP.
