Regent Inspects Lembang Tourist Areas Ahead of Long Holiday

Bandung Barat Regent Jeje Ritchie Ismail conducted an inspection of tourist areas in Lembang on Monday (May 25, 2026) to assess readiness for the upcoming long Idul Adha holiday. Ismail affirmed that all tourist sites within his jurisdiction, including the popular Lembang area, are prepared to receive visitors during the extended weekend.

The Indonesian government has designated Wednesday, May 27, 2026, as a national holiday for Idul Adha 1447 Hijriah, followed by a collective leave day on Thursday, May 28. This creates an opportunity for a longer holiday period, especially for those who might take additional leave on Friday, May 29, leading into the weekend of Saturday and Sunday. The public holiday for Pancasila Day on Monday, June 1, 2026, further extends the period of potential travel.
