U.S. Representative Max Miller, a Republican from Ohio, announced Sunday that he will not end his campaign for re-election, despite facing serious domestic abuse allegations from his ex-wife. Miller, who is seeking to retain his seat in the upcoming November midterm elections, stated his intention to win the race.

In a nearly twenty-minute video posted on X, Miller addressed the accusations, framing his decision to continue as a fight for his family, their daughter, and core values. He also vowed to hold media and other parties accountable for what he described as reckless actions.

His ex-wife, Emily Moreno, has accused Miller of pointing a gun at her head, burning her with hot water, fracturing her collarbone, and causing shoulder contusions. Court documents reportedly include a statement from their daughter telling her mother, "Dad is going to kill you."
