Road named after actress Kaiti Konstantinou in her birthplace

A street in Rododafni, Achaia, now bears the name of actress Kaiti Konstantinou, linking her memory permanently to the place where her life began and ended.

The new sign, reading “Actress Kaiti Konstantinou,” has already been installed. A video showing it was posted on TikTok and moved people who knew and loved the actress through her long career in theater, television and film.

The choice of Rododafni carries particular symbolism. Konstantinou was born there on December 18, 1963, and later returned to the same place for her final resting place.

She died on March 10, 2025, at the age of 61, after battling cancer. Her death brought deep sadness to the artistic community and to the public who had embraced her through her many roles. Naming the street keeps her memory alive in the town she remained closely connected to throughout her life.
