Romain Langasque Takes One-Shot Lead into Final Round of Denmark Golf Championship

French golfer Romain Langasque surged to the lead at the Denmark Golf Championship on Saturday, finishing the third round with a 5-under-par 67. He now holds a one-stroke advantage heading into Sunday's final round at Great Northern Golf Club in Kerteminde.

Langasque began the day two shots behind co-leaders Antoine Rozner and Cameron Adam. Despite an early bogey, he recovered with six birdies to reach a total of 14-under-par. His nearest challenger is 18-year-old Chinese golfer Yanhan Zhou, who also shot a 65 and sits at 13-under.

Rozner, who shared the lead with Langasque entering the final hole, faltered with a double bogey on the par-3 18th after his tee shot found the water. He dropped to third place at 12-under-par, two strokes behind his compatriot.

This potential victory marks a significant moment for Langasque, who is aiming for his second career DP World Tour title, nearly six years after his triumph at the Wales Open. Meanwhile, Julián Périco of Peru, who made history as the first Peruvian to make a cut on the DP World Tour, fell to 15th place after a round of 74.
