Russia Attacks Kyiv with Missiles; Ukraine Strikes Ships; Trump Threatens Iran

Kyiv endured another night of Russian missile attacks, with ballistic missiles striking the Ukrainian capital early Tuesday. Meanwhile, Ukraine reported a drone attack on four vessels in Taganrog Bay. The targets included a chemical tanker carrying methanol. According to Yuri Sliusar, the governor of the Rostov region, one sailor died in the attack. Russian authorities claimed to have shot down over 15 drones over the region.
