Saladey to Revamp Menu Aug. 13, Launching 3 New Spicy Pork Dishes

Saladey, a popular salad franchise, is revamping its menu on August 13 with the introduction of three new dishes featuring spicy pork, a popular Korean flavor. The move aims to broaden dining options for customers seeking everyday meals that are both tasty and nutritious.

The new menu items incorporate familiar Korean ingredients, aligning with consumer trends that prioritize balanced nutrition and flavor. The spicy pork is made with reduced-fat pork loin, seasoned with a sweet and spicy gochujang sauce, and combined with fresh vegetables. The offerings include a Gochujang Pork Poke Bowl, a Gochujang Pork Perilla Oil Noodle Bowl, and a Gochujang Pork Soy Sauce Buckwheat Noodle Bowl. Customers can choose from various bases like grain rice, pasta noodles, or buckwheat noodles, offering a wider selection.

In addition to the new bowls, Saladey is enhancing its sandwich line by increasing the vegetable content from 24 grams to 40 grams. This change aims to improve texture and satiety. The brand has also refined its existing sandwich lineup based on customer preferences and operational efficiency.

To celebrate the launch, Saladey will run a special promotion from August 24 to 28. Customers can receive the new menu items on a first-come, first-served basis through the Saladey app.
