SamSamM2 partners with Seocho District to expand housing support for vulnerable residents and young people

SamSamM2 operator SpaceV is expanding its housing support work with Seoul’s Seocho District and local welfare organizations. The partners signed a memorandum of understanding at Seocho District Office to support households facing housing crises and young people.

The agreement was attended by Seocho District Mayor Jeon Seong-su, SpaceV chief executive Park Hyeong-jun and representatives from four comprehensive social welfare centers in the district.

Under the partnership, SamSamM2 and Seocho District will provide short-term living spaces to households that lose their homes because of sudden disasters such as fires or floods, as well as economic hardship. The program will also target young people who have fallen into gaps in the welfare system.

SpaceV said its work goes beyond one-time donations. The company has focused its social contribution activities on providing housing to people facing a sudden gap in accommodation, with the aim of helping them restore their daily lives.

The company has expanded its support through cooperation with welfare organizations. Since 2025, it has also worked with the social cooperative Sipsir Ilbang and Seoul Housing and Communities Corp. to support young adults preparing for independent living.
