Samsung Unveils Galaxy Z Fold 8, Fold 8 Ultra, and Flip 8 Foldable Phones

Samsung has launched its new generation of foldable smartphones, introducing the Galaxy Z Fold 8, Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra, and Galaxy Z Flip 8. The company highlighted design refinements, including thinner profiles and enhanced hinge mechanisms, such as the "flexible titanium" hinge on the Fold 8 Ultra, which reportedly increases mechanical strength by 20 times.

The Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra stands out with a 200MP main camera, complemented by a 10MP telephoto and a 50MP wide-angle lens. It features an 8-inch OLED display with a peak brightness of 3,000 nits, protected by Gorilla Glass Ceramic 3 and Gorilla Glass Victus 2, and an armored aluminum body. This flagship model is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and comes with configurations starting at 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, priced at 151,999 TL.

The Galaxy Z Fold 8 offers a 7.6-inch LTPO AMOLED main screen and a 5.5-inch cover display, both with 120Hz refresh rates. It also uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, has an IP48 rating, and features a dual-camera setup on the rear (50MP wide, 50MP ultra-wide) and 10MP cameras on both the main and cover screens. Its 4,800 mAh battery supports 45W wired and 20W wireless charging, with prices starting at 131,999 TL for the 12GB RAM/256GB storage version.

Completing the lineup is the vertically folding Galaxy Z Flip 8, featuring a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and a 4.1-inch cover screen. It is powered by the Samsung Exynos 2600 processor and includes a 50MP main camera and a 12MP ultra-wide lens, with a 10MP front camera. Storage options include 256GB and 512GB, paired with 12GB of RAM.
