Samuda orders review of NWC worksites across Corporate Area amid traffic complaints

Water Minister Matthew Samuda has ordered the National Water Commission to immediately review all active construction and emergency repair sites across Jamaica’s Corporate Area.

The directive follows a surge in public complaints about severe traffic disruptions as schools reopen after the two-month summer break. It covers projects in Kingston and St Andrew, where ongoing utility works have heavily affected daily commuters.
