Saudi FM discusses regional stability in calls with Turkish, Kuwaiti counterparts

Saudi Arabia's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, engaged in separate phone conversations with the foreign ministers of Turkey and Kuwait. The discussions centered on pressing regional developments and underscored the critical need for diplomatic engagement to de-escalate tensions.

During the call with Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs Hakan Fidan, both sides exchanged views on the current regional landscape. They specifically emphasized the importance of bolstering and supporting all diplomatic initiatives aimed at reducing tensions and containing the ongoing crisis within the region.

Subsequently, Prince Faisal received a phone call from Kuwaiti Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Jarrah Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. Their conversation also revolved around regional developments. A key focus was the necessity of sustained consultations and coordination between their nations.

Both Prince Faisal and Sheikh Jarrah highlighted the significance of collaborative diplomatic efforts. They stressed the shared goal of de-escalating regional tensions, safeguarding freedom of navigation, and ensuring the overall security and stability of the region.
