Saxony firefighters prepare their traditional sale of typical foods: when will it be?

The Third Company Sajonia of the Volunteer Firefighters Corps of Paraguay (CBVP) is preparing to host its annual traditional food sale this Saturday. The event, a long-standing tradition, will take place at the company's headquarters located at Cnel. López and Lagerenza, behind Carlos Antonio López Park in the Sajonia neighborhood of Asunción.

Firefighters promise a delicious array of typical Paraguayan dishes, including mbeju, pajagua mascada, and pastel mandi’o, along with various drinks. The event will also feature traditional games such as pelota tata and toro candil, alongside live music and dance performances, offering a festive atmosphere for families and friends.

The primary objective of this traditional gathering is to raise essential funds to cover the high operational costs associated with maintaining the fire company.
