Schedule for the Second Round of the Nacional B Announced

The second matchday of the Nacional B football league, organized by the Unión del Fútbol del Interior (UFI), is scheduled to commence, featuring a total of eight matches. Two games will be played on Saturday, with the remaining six taking place on Sunday. This tournament is crucial as it offers a single qualification spot for the División Intermedia in 2027.

The Saturday matches will feature fixtures from Group A, while Sunday's games will cover Groups B, C, and D. A total of 14 clubs are competing in the championship, with a significant majority, seven teams, representing the Alto Paraná region. Other represented regions include Caaguazú, San Pedro, Guairá, Itapúa, Presidente Hayes, Ñeembucú, and Cordillera.

Results from the first matchday have been recorded. In Group A, 1º de Setiembre de Benjamín Aceval drew 1-1 with 2 de Junio de Caacupé, and Guaraní de Fram defeated Deportivo Unión de Pilar 2-1. Group B saw Patriotas de Hernandarias lose 1-3 to Corrales de Ciudad del Este, while 3 de Febrero de Ciudad del Este drew 1-1 with 3 de Junio de Ciudad del Este. In Group C, Ciudad Nueva de Ciudad del Este secured a dominant 6-0 victory over Deportivo Británico de Presidente Franco, with Pastoreo FC having a bye. Finally, in Group D, Choré Central lost 0-6 to Quinceno FC de Itapé, and Guaraní de Minga Guazú had a bye.
