Seagull Expert Slams Politician's Proposal to Remove Nests

A proposal by a Norwegian politician to allow the relocation and removal of seagull nests in Stavanger's city center has been met with strong criticism from a leading expert on the birds. Helberg explained that seagulls, like humans, are protective of their young. He warned that interfering with their nests would create significant stress for the birds.
