Sedapal, the water utility for Lima, Peru, has announced scheduled water service interruptions for Saturday, August 1, affecting various districts across the capital. The planned outages are necessary for essential maintenance work, including valve replacements, pipe repairs, and reservoir cleaning.

The suspension of service will impact areas within Lurigancho, with disruptions varying in duration from a few hours to most of the day, depending on the specific district and the scope of the scheduled interventions. Sedapal recommends that users adopt water-saving measures to ensure responsible resource management during the service cuts.
