Sena Residences Towers Achieve 98% Sales Rate

Sena Residences in Shah Alam, Malaysia, has seen remarkable sales success, with two of its towers reaching a 98% sales rate just six months after their December 2025 launch. Developer Setia Awan has sold 940 units, attributing this achievement to the project's prime location, adaptable living spaces, and appealing facilities.

The overwhelming response has prompted Setia Awan to accelerate the launch of the final two blocks, which will offer 1,102 serviced apartments and unique Soho transit units. Miles Chan, General Manager of Sales and Marketing and Corporate Communications at Setia Awan Land, stated that the success of the first two towers validates the company's strategy of maximizing space and delivering market-aligned value.

"These last two blocks will continue this philosophy by offering diverse layouts to users, while maintaining affordable purchase costs," Chan said.
