September 8 Death Notices

Han Ki-jeong died at 8:05 a.m. on September 7 at Busan Citizens Funeral Home. He was the father of Chang-man, head of the Incheon bureau at the Korea Ilbo. The funeral procession is scheduled for 7 a.m. on September 9.

Jo Hae-yeon died at 6 p.m. on September 6 at Samsung Seoul Hospital. Jo was the spouse of Lee Sang-don and the parent of Seong-eun, Seong-ji and Seong-a. The deceased was also the father-in-law of former HS Ad executive Gong Jin-seong, KOTRA emergency planning office head Seo Yun-sik and Choi Young, head of Osstem Implant’s New York corporation. Jo was the maternal grandparent of Maeil Business Newspaper reporter Gong Jun-ho and Edaily reporter Gong Ji-yu. The funeral procession was scheduled for 11:30 a.m. on September 8.
