Lithuanian fighter Sergej Maslobojevas has responded to an offer of support from Oksana Pikul for his upcoming bout against Dominykas Dirksčius, stating that he does not place undue importance on such external attention.

Maslobojevas acknowledged the attention, saying, "I am delighted with the additional attention, there has always been some, perhaps not always so public, but it's pleasant. I don't attach much importance to all of this; I have my team, I know what I need to do to prepare. I am working purposefully, going my own way, and not looking sideways. Oksana Pikul had previously announced her intention to support Maslobojevas in his fight against Dirksčius. She publicly shared a message sent to Maslobojevas, proposing sponsorship for the upcoming fight scheduled for September 26 at the Kaunas "Žalgiris" Arena. Pikul, who was previously linked with Dirksčius, stated her support is for "discipline and hard work," contrasting it with what she perceives as "circus" behavior from others.
