Šeršniovienė to Lead "Grigeo Klaipėda"

Grigeo Klaipėda, a significant player in the paper packaging industry, has appointed G. Šeršniovienė as its new leader, succeeding Tomas Eikinas who has been at the helm since 2019. The change in leadership comes at a time of significant shifts in the international paper packaging markets.

Robertas Krutikovas, Chairman of the Board at Grigeo Klaipėda, stated that the company is undergoing a "cardinal change" in its market environment. He expressed confidence that the new director's leadership qualities and over 20 years of experience with the company's operations, clients, and team will be invaluable during this challenging period. Šeršniovienė previously served as the company's sales director.

Financially, Grigeo Klaipėda experienced a stable turnover of 49.52 million euros last year. However, the company recorded a net loss of 2.4 million euros, a stark contrast to the 1.76 million euro net profit in 2024. This loss is attributed to rising production costs and changes in product demand within the market.
