Sharjah Ruler approves new organizational structure for international airport

His Highness Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has officially approved the general organizational structure of the Sharjah International Airport Authority. The Emiri Decree signifies a key step in streamlining the airport's administrative framework.

The decree mandates that the Sharjah Executive Council will be responsible for issuing subsequent decisions. These will detail the airport authority's specific organizational chart and outline the necessary measures for implementing the new structure. This includes the formalization of job descriptions and duties for various units within the authority, ensuring clarity and efficiency.

Furthermore, the Executive Council will have the power to establish, merge, or abolish any organizational units as needed. This flexibility aims to adapt the airport's structure to evolving operational requirements and strategic goals, ensuring Sharjah International Airport remains competitive and efficient in its management.
