Singaporean comedian Suhaimi Yusof, 56, has entered a new phase of life as a grandfather. He joyfully announced the arrival of his first grandchild, a baby boy born on July 21, on Wednesday, July 22.

The newborn is the first child of Yusof's eldest son, Amirul Suhaimi, 30, and his wife. Yusof shared his elation on Instagram, posting several photos of his family and his grandson. He expressed his overwhelming happiness, writing, "My heart is still racing until I can't sleep."

Reflecting on the passage of time, Yusof shared an old photo of himself with Amirul as a baby, remarking, "That little boy is now a father to another little boy!" The announcement was met with a flood of congratulatory messages from friends and colleagues in the entertainment industry, including producer Sujimy Mohamad, actress Aileen Tan, and rapper-businessman Sheikh Haikel.
