Singer Zeng Peici, standing at 175cm, recently clinched the annual championship title in the Chinese music competition reality show "Ride the Wind 2026," also known as Lang Jie 7. She humorously remarked during the show that she wasn't sure how she grew so tall, a comment that prompted netizens to resurface a clip from an older online program. In that segment, Zeng had openly shared her sister's unique "secret" to growing taller: sleeping extensively. She recalled going to bed around 7 or 8 PM after dinner during her teenage years, attributing her height to this habit. Zeng playfully added that she often underestimated her own height, noting she would still gain 0.5cm every few years even after her growth spurt.
