South Kebayoran Lama Elementary School 09 Uses South Kebayoran Lama Elementary School 11 Classrooms Since 2024

SDN Kebayoran Lama Selatan 09 is temporarily operating out of SDN Kebayoran Lama Selatan 11's classrooms after its own building sustained damage in late 2024. The schools have coordinated their schedules to accommodate both student bodies, with SDN 11 operating in the morning and SDN 09 in the afternoon.

Arma Yeni, the head of SDN 11, confirmed the arrangement, stating that SDN 09 students attend from 1 PM to 5 PM, while SDN 11's classes run from 6:30 AM to 12 PM. A connecting path between the schools is used by teachers, indicating close proximity and shared facilities.

Kenhayati Dwi Rahmini, the head of SDN 09, expressed that all students from grades I to VI are being accommodated well through this collaboration. She noted that extracurricular activities are managed by starting earlier in the morning. The damage occurred during the regional head election holiday period, and the school administration ensured no students were directly affected.

The exact cause of the building's damage and the subsequent renovation plans fall under the purview of the DKI Jakarta Education Agency. Kenhayati stated that a technical team is analyzing the cause, while the school's priority remains uninterrupted student learning and academic achievement.
