South Korea begins search for interim national football coach

The Korea Football Association (KFA) has officially begun the process of selecting an interim head coach for the national team, aiming to fill the role for six upcoming matches scheduled from September to November. The association's board convened on August 24th to finalize the procedures for this crucial appointment.

Following the 'National Team Selection and Operation Regulations' set by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation, the KFA will appoint a coach and their entire coaching staff as a unified unit. This approach emphasizes a cohesive team structure from the outset of the interim period.

The selection process is now moving into its active evaluation phase, with the candidates who submitted their applications having been identified.
