Srebrna Góra Fortress Earns Two Prestigious Awards

Twierdza Srebrna Góra, a unique European defensive fortification and a major tourist attraction in Lower Silesia, has been recognized with two significant accolades. The fortress, already a recipient of Poland's Golden Certificate from the Polish Tourism Organisation, was awarded the prestigious "Teraz Polska" emblem. This recognition came during the 36th edition of the "Teraz Polska" competition, which celebrates Polish products, services, and innovations for their quality, modernity, and development potential. The fortress was among 25 laureates selected from across 10 provinces. The "Teraz Polska" emblem signifies a commitment to maintaining high standards and fostering trust. Additionally, Twierdza Srebrna Góra received the "Zabytek zadbany 2026" title, meaning "Well-Maintained Monument 2026," in a national competition organized by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the General Conservator of Monuments. This award specifically recognized the fortress and its accompanying castle and park complex in Sucha Beskidzka for excellence in the revalorization of cultural space and landscape.
