The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) is implementing a new, simplified promotion process designed to boost professionalism and morale across the force. Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Mohd. "Any improvement to the career advancement of PDRM citizens gives a positive impact on the motivation, morale, and professionalism of officers and members in carrying out their responsibilities," Ismail said.
