Swiss cyclist Ginia Caluori joins Movistar team for two seasons

The Movistar cycling team has secured the services of one of the most promising talents in international cycling, signing Swiss rider Ginia Caluori for the next two seasons. At 23 years old, Caluori brings a versatile skillset and a growing list of accomplishments to the Spanish-based WorldTour squad.

Caluori's impressive resume includes a silver medal at the U23 World Championship in mountain biking. More recently, she showcased her adaptability by winning The Traka 100 gravel race in her debut. This victory highlights her ability to transition and excel across different cycling disciplines.

Her transition from mountain biking to road cycling just two years ago has been remarkably swift and successful. In this new modality, Caluori has already claimed the overall victory in the Tour de Feminin and secured a stage win, demonstrating the potential she previously displayed in races like the Tour de Romandie.
