SyC delivers another standout performance at Deportivo Da Silva Anniversary Tournament

Centro Deportivo SyC Paraguay produced another dominant showing, winning three categories at the fifth Anniversary Tournament of Club Deportivo Da Silva. The academy took first place in the underage, youth and open competitions at the event held Saturday at the National Aquatic Center.

SyC led the open standings with 362 points. Pececitos de Jesús Natación finished second with 296, while Club Olimpia placed third with 260. Apunto Deportes followed on 257 points, ahead of Deportivo Da Silva, Pacífico Natación, Benjamín Hockin, Internacional de Tenis, Deportivo Sajonia, Regatas Resistencia and Centenario.

The academy also claimed the mixed underage team title with 207 points. Olimpia scored 153 and Deportivo Da Silva 113. In the masters competition, Deportivo Da Silva topped the standings with 575 points, followed by Apunto Deportes with 507 and SyC Paraguay with 297.

The result comes a week after SyC reached the top of the podium at Deportivo Sajonia. The club’s work is led by Sergio “Yaka” Cabrera, alongside coaches Sergio Iraira, Karolin Invernizzi, Aracelly Araújo, Corina Martínez, Angie Asoya and Zoe Lorenzo. Masters coaches Pamela Molinero and Ximena Paredes also form part of the staff.
