Sofitel Kuala Lumpur Damansara is offering a culinary journey through Indonesia with its "Taste & Rhythms of Indonesia" event. Running from July 17 to 26, the hotel, in partnership with the Indonesian Embassy, presents an authentic taste of Indonesian dishes from various regions.

Guests can savor specialties such as Udang Masak Rica-Rica, Bebek Betutu, Ayam Taliwang, and Gudeg. A highlight is the exclusive creation by DJ Chef Wisnu, Lobster Kuah Lemak Minang, a rich and creamy dish combining premium lobster with Minang-style gravy. The buffet also features classics like Sup Buntut, Pesmol Kakap Putih, Cumi Saus Padang, and Paru Balado, known for its tenderness.

The event extends to Nasi Padang Kapau options, including Rendang Daging and Gulai Tunjang, alongside traditional Yogyakarta dishes like Gudeg and Opor Ayam. Beyond Indonesian fare, the Kwee Zeen restaurant offers its usual international buffet, featuring premium seafood, Japanese cuisine, Malaysian favorites, Arab and Indian dishes, and Australian roast beef, complemented by a variety of desserts.

The event is available for dinner and weekend brunch, with pricing from RM138+ for weekend brunch and up to RM228+ for weekend dinner, with a 50% discount for children aged six to 12.
