Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce wedding events begin amid high expectations

The main event, the "I do's," is slated for Friday. The couple reportedly plans to host at least a thousand guests, including numerous celebrities from the entertainment and sports worlds. Attendees are expected to arrive via a private red carpet entrance, shielded from public view. To accommodate the event, the couple has requested permission to close surrounding streets from July 2nd to July 4th, though access for subway and train commuters via Penn Station will remain unaffected.

Invitations suggest doors will open for guests at 3:30 PM local time on Friday, followed by a cocktail hour half an hour later on the sixth-floor lobby. The ceremony itself is scheduled for 5:30 PM on the Garden's main floor, which is being transformed into a garden setting. A reception is planned to begin at 6:30 PM and continue until 2 AM.
