Teddy Indra Wijaya Named Best Paper Writer at Seskoad 2026

Lieutenant Colonel Teddy Indra Wijaya has been recognized as the best paper writer for the 2026 Regular Education program at the Army Command and Staff College (Seskoad). The prestigious award was conferred by the Chief of Staff of the Indonesian Army, General Maruli Simanjuntak, during the closing ceremony held in Bandung, West Java.

General Simanjuntak stressed the importance of strategic insight, visionary thinking, and high moral integrity for Seskoad graduates. He urged the officers to not only focus on technical and tactical military skills but also to cultivate strong character as future leaders of the army. "Challenges ahead will demand military leaders who are not only professional but also capable of strategic thinking, adapting to technological developments, and possessing foresight," he stated.

Simanjuntak also advised Teddy and his fellow graduates to maintain their integrity, continuously enhance their capabilities, and embrace lifelong learning. He expressed hope that the education received would serve as a foundation for facing future challenges and contributing to the advancement of the organization.

The Seskoad Regular Education program utilizes a blended learning method, combining face-to-face and online sessions, to adapt to evolving educational systems and organizational needs. Seskoad is the highest general development institution within the Indonesian Army, aiming to mold mid-ranking officers into leaders with strong managerial and strategic capabilities. The 2026 program included 279 participants from various branches of the Indonesian military and police, as well as international students.
