"I started my first attempt but had a headwind, which is why I stepped back so far. If the wind hadn't changed, I would have made the final with the first jump."

Tentoglou praised the track conditions, comparing them favorably to Monaco, and noted the excellent quality of the runways. He also commented on the sand pits, suggesting they could be made flatter. "The track is very good, it's like in Monaco," he said. "I'm in very good shape, I didn't need to show it in the qualifying round, but I will show it in the final. It was, however, one of the best qualifying rounds I've ever had."
