Three killed in Russian attacks on Dnipropetrovsk region

Russian forces launched artillery and drone attacks on Ukraine's southeastern Dnipropetrovsk region, resulting in three deaths and six injuries, according to regional governor Oleksandr Hanzja. The assaults impacted five districts across the region, with specific casualties reported near the cities of Nikopol and Syneklykove.

Hanzja detailed on Telegram that the attacks involved more than 50 separate strikes. Nikopol, situated on the northern bank of the Dnipro River, is a frequent target of Russian forces and saw two of the reported fatalities. An additional person was killed in an attack near Syneklykove, further east in the region.

As of the report, Russian authorities have not issued any comment regarding the alleged attacks or the casualties sustained in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The Ukrainian government continues to document and report on such incidents amidst the ongoing conflict.
