Three stolen vehicles recovered same day in Bursa; two arrested

Bursa police have apprehended two suspects allegedly responsible for stealing three vehicles in the Nilüfer district. The investigation began following reports of vehicle thefts in the Görükle and Akçalar neighborhoods.

Authorities meticulously reviewed approximately 150 hours of footage from 45 different cameras along the suspects' entry and exit routes. This detailed analysis helped identify the individuals believed to have stolen one car and two motorcycles. The police identified the suspects as E.Y. and M.M.

Operatives conducted raids on two separate addresses in the Demirtaş Mahallesi neighborhood where the suspects were hiding. E.Y. and M.M. were arrested and taken into custody. Based on their statements, the stolen vehicles were located hidden at various addresses. The police successfully recovered the car and the two motorcycles and returned them to their owners. Security footage captured the moment one of the cars was stolen.

Following their arrest and processing at the police station, E.Y. and M.M. were brought before a court. The court ordered their imprisonment, and they have been sent to jail.
