TikTok influencer accuses ex of reuniting with her ex-boyfriend after costly reconciliation attempt

TikTok influencer Tunmise has publicly accused his former girlfriend, Ivana, of betraying their relationship by traveling to Calabar to reunite with her ex-boyfriend. Tunmise detailed his account in a video, asserting that he made substantial financial and emotional efforts to save their relationship, only for Ivana to allegedly return to her former partner.

"Ivana went to see her ex in Calabar, the same ex she painted the worst to me. I was trying to do better than her ex. Someone I was trying to do better than, that was the person you went back to," Tunmise stated. He claimed that despite projecting a happy image online, their relationship faced serious behind-the-scenes issues. Tunmise alleged he provided financial support not only for Ivana but also for her family members throughout their relationship.

Tunmise further detailed a reconciliation attempt where he paid approximately N150,000 per day for a three-week hotel stay, aiming to repair their bond. He also mentioned covering shopping expenses and other costs to make her happy. The alleged turning point came when Ivana informed him of an event in Calabar, for which he claims he drove her to the airport. He later discovered she had allegedly traveled to meet her former boyfriend, based on messages, photos, and videos received from the ex-boyfriend's current girlfriend.

Despite this alleged betrayal, Tunmise stated he chose to move past it due to Ivana's upcoming birthday. Responding to Ivana's accusations of infidelity, verbal abuse, and domestic violence, Tunmise denied the infidelity claims but admitted to calling her offensive names. He attributed these remarks to heated arguments stemming from recurring infections they were both treating, describing the situation as emotionally draining.
