Tinubu congratulates Attorney General, Lateef Fagbemi on his birthday

Prince Fagbemi’s elevation to the rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria at a remarkably young age reflected not only his exceptional advocacy but also the diligence, discipline and intellectual rigour that have remained the hallmarks of his career.

The President acknowledged Fagbemi's extensive contributions to the legal field, noting his admission to the Nigerian Bar in 1985 and his rise to become one of the nation's most respected legal minds. Tinubu highlighted Fagbemi's early recognition as a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, attributing it to his exceptional advocacy, diligence, and intellectual rigor.

Tinubu also recognized Fagbemi's broad service to legal and public institutions, including roles as a prosecutor, arbitrator, Life Bencher, and member of various professional bodies. His leadership at the Governing Council of Yaba College of Technology was also cited as an example of his capacity to strengthen institutions through effective administration.
