Toni Bou confirms dominance in Italy, extends TrialGP lead

Toni Bou has reaffirmed his dominance in the TrialGP World Championship, clinching two more victories during the final day of the event in Camerino, Italy. This latest success marks a perfect record for the Spanish rider in the third round of the season, maintaining his undefeated streak and strengthening his grip on the championship lead.

Bou showcased exceptional skill throughout the competition. In the first race of the day, he led from start to finish, incurring no penalty points in the initial five zones and securing the best time in the "Super Pole." The second race was more closely contested, particularly in the first half, but Bou's experience ultimately prevailed, allowing him to finish with only eight penalty points.

His Repsol Honda HRC teammate, Gabriel Marcelli, also performed strongly, securing second place on the podium. Marcelli expressed his satisfaction with the team's progress since a recent bike change, noting increased comfort and a strong accumulation of championship points.

With these wins, Bou has amassed 240 points in the overall TrialGP standings, extending his advantage over Marcelli, who holds second place with 174 points. The next round of the TrialGP season is scheduled to take place in the United Kingdom from July 24 to 26.
