Trilateral agreement to extend road to Rūdininkai training ground

A trilateral agreement is set to be signed, formalizing the extension of a crucial road section leading to the Rūdininkai training ground. This agreement marks a significant step in improving military logistical capabilities in the region.

The signatories to this agreement represent key governmental and private entities. The Infrastructure Management Agency, represented by its acting director Tomas Ratkevičius, will participate alongside the Lithuanian Army's Logistics Command, represented by Colonel Lieutenant Rimas Macutkevičius. UAB 'Fegda', a private company, will be represented by Gediminas Gribulis.

Under the terms of the agreement, UAB 'Fegda' commits to undertaking the physical extension of the road. The project involves extending a 4-kilometer stretch of roadway, which is vital for ensuring efficient access to the Rūdininkai training ground. This infrastructure development is expected to enhance the operational readiness and logistical support for military exercises conducted at the site.
