A financial report filed by Donald Trump details contractual agreements for projects in Bucharest and Cluj, marking the first time the nature of this commercial partnership has been officially documented in financial terms.

The report, an annual OGE Form 278e filed with the U.S. Office of Government Ethics, lists a $5 million income under the category "License Fee" related to DT Marks Bucharest LLC and SDC Imobiliare SRL for the Bucharest project. The document also separately notes an intercompany receivable of $5 million.

DT Marks Bucharest LLC is identified as having a license agreement in Bucharest, with SDC Imobiliare SRL acting as the licensee. The asset value associated with this license agreement is reported within a range of $5,000,001 to $25,000,000. The partnership between The Trump Organization and SDC Imobiliare was publicly announced in July 2025 with the launch of Trump Tower Bucharest, signaling the brand's official entry into Romania.
