Turkish Court Orders Public Notice for Defendant in Will Execution Lawsuit

Hadiye Çataklı is being summoned by the Devrek 3rd Civil Court of First Instance in Turkey regarding a lawsuit filed by Kenan Çataklı, Cemile Kara, and Seher Karakuru. The case concerns the execution of a will made by Hüseyin Çataklı on December 10, 2020, through Devrek Notary Public. Attempts to deliver the lawsuit documents to Çataklı's registered address have failed because she is no longer residing there, and further address inquiries yielded no results.

Consequently, the court has ordered that the lawsuit documents and hearing date be officially announced through publication.
