Twin Sisters Choose Different Fields but Share One Business Dream

Syakirana and Syakirani grew up together, but they chose different educational paths at SMK Al-Hasra. Syakirana, known as Ana, studies Culinary Business, while Syakirani, or Ani, studies Accounting.

Ana spends her time learning about ingredients, cooking techniques, food preparation, service and culinary operations. Ani’s studies focus on financial management, record-keeping and the financial side of activities and businesses.

The sisters’ different skills became complementary during a content challenge that tested their chemistry as twins. They also revealed a shared plan to build a business together. Ani imagines Ana working as the chef responsible for developing products and maintaining culinary quality, while she manages the finances as a consultant.

Their school presents the partnership as an example of how vocational skills can support different futures while still working toward one goal. Its graduate motto, BMW, refers to working, continuing to university and entrepreneurship. For Ana and Ani, separate study programs may become the foundation of a joint business.
