Two Kyrgyz citizens injured in Yekaterinburg road accident

Two Kyrgyz citizens were hospitalized after being struck by a passenger bus in Yekaterinburg, Russia, on July 8. The incident occurred on Polevskoy highway in the Chkalovsky district.

The victims, identified as B.K., born in 1993, and E.N., born in 1991, were injured when the bus drove onto the roadside. They were subsequently taken to the hospital for treatment.

Representatives from the General Consulate of the Kyrgyz Republic visited the injured compatriots to assess their condition and gather details about the accident. Diplomats also met with the Yekaterinburg State Traffic Inspectorate to obtain information regarding the incident.

The consulate is maintaining close communication with the relevant Russian authorities and the families of the injured individuals. They are providing necessary consular assistance to ensure the well-being of the Kyrgyz citizens involved in the accident and are keeping the situation under close observation.
