Two Missing Teenagers Found Safe Near Titov Pass in Almaty

Two teenagers who ventured into the mountains near Titov Peak in Almaty, Kazakhstan, have been successfully located and returned to their families. The pair had gone missing, prompting an immediate search operation by the Emergency Ministry's press service.

Rescuers from the Barys Republican Rescue Service were deployed for the search-and-rescue mission. The operation took place overnight, with teams navigating challenging mountain terrain on foot along the route towards Titov Peak. The difficult conditions underscored the urgency and complexity of the search.

After a prolonged period in the mountains, the teenagers were eventually found near the Titov Pass. Despite the extended time spent in the wilderness, neither of the individuals required medical assistance. Rescuers then escorted them out of the mountainous area to the Medeu ski complex, where they were safely reunited with their awaiting relatives.
